What does it cost the venue?

Do I need a screen to run it?

No. The league works with nothing but the printed sign. A screen makes it considerably better: the leaderboard page runs in any browser, so a spare TV or a tablet on the bar shows customers their name climbing the table while the match is on.

Do customers have to download an app?

Yes. Scanning the sign leads to the free BeTeam app on iOS or Android, and the customer lands straight in your league after installing. There is no account with the venue, no payment details and no loyalty card.

Which competitions can a bar league follow?

Any of 75+ competitions — the Champions League, the Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Ligue 1 and major national leagues, plus basketball such as the NBA and EuroLeague. Most venues pick the competition their regulars already come in to watch. Browse the full list of competitions.

How many customers can join one bar league?

A single league holds up to 200 players. Busy venues are split across linked leagues so everyone keeps a table they can realistically win.

Who runs the league week to week?

We do. Fixtures import automatically, predictions lock at kickoff, and scoring updates from live results without anyone entering anything. Your only recurring job is announcing the winner and rolling the league into the next round, which we prepare and prompt you for.

Is this a free alternative to a pub sweepstake?
