Terms of Service

Using BeTeam

BeTeam is a social sports prediction app for private groups. Chips have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money. The service is provided as-is.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account. Don't impersonate others, don't post abusive content, and don't try to break or abuse the service.

Content you create

You own the BeTeams, games, and questions you create. By using BeTeam, you grant us a license to display that content within the app to your invited members.

Fair play

Don't use scripts, bots, or other automated tools to gain an unfair advantage. We may suspend accounts that we believe are abusing the platform.

Prizes offered by venues

Some BeTeams are run by a bar, restaurant or other venue that offers its own prize, such as a free drink. Any such prize is offered, funded and delivered only by that venue, which is solely responsible for it. BeTeam does not offer, fund or guarantee venue prizes. Apple and Google are not sponsors of any prize and are not involved in it in any way. Taking part in a BeTeam never costs money.

Changes

We may update these terms over time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use means you accept the latest version.
